Terms of Use
Terms governing use of Acustaf Consultancy websites, the client portal and information about our services. Last updated: 27 July 2026.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to acustaf-consulting.com, acustaf.co.uk, acustaf-asia.com and related client portal access operated by Acustaf (UK) Ltd and/or Acustaf Co. Ltd., Thailand (together “Acustaf Consultancy”, “we”, “us”). By using the websites or portal you agree to these Terms.
1. Relationship to other agreements
These Terms cover public website use and general portal access. Paid consultancy, process analysis, Odoo / ERP implementation, customisation, training, support and software licences are governed by separate written contracts, statements of work, support agreements and — for proprietary Odoo modules — the COPYRIGHT and LICENSE files shipped with those modules (and any signed entitlement from Acustaf). If there is a conflict, the signed commercial / licence documents prevail for that engagement.
2. Our services (information only)
Website content describes services we offer, including business consultancy, process analysis, ERP and IT solutions (with Odoo depth), ongoing support and training, and AI-assisted delivery with human oversight. Website content is general information only and is not advice, unless given under a signed engagement.
3. Accounts and portal
Portal credentials are personal. Keep them confidential, use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication where offered. You must not share accounts or attempt to access data or systems you are not authorised to use. We may suspend access to protect security or if these Terms or your contract are breached.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Misuse the websites or portal, introduce malware, or disrupt service for others.
- Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content except as allowed by law or written permission.
- Use the sites to send spam or unlawful material.
- Reverse engineer or circumvent security or licence controls on Acustaf software where prohibited by law or contract.
5. Intellectual property — websites
Unless otherwise stated, website text, graphics, layout and branding are owned by Acustaf Consultancy or used under licence. You may view and download pages for personal or internal business evaluation only. You may not copy, republish or commercially exploit site content without our prior written consent.
6. Intellectual property — Acustaf Odoo modules
Proprietary Acustaf Odoo modules (for example documentation, inter-database, HR, scrap reporting and related licence flavour modules published under Acustaf COPYRIGHT / LICENSE terms, and modules distributed under Odoo Proprietary License OPL-1 where stated in the module manifest) remain the intellectual property of Acustaf (UK) Ltd and/or Acustaf Co. Ltd., Thailand.
Without limiting the full COPYRIGHT / LICENSE text supplied with each module:
- Use is limited to eligible customers (typically under an Eligible Support Contract and/or a Specific Term Licence).
- Licence flavour (v1 / v2 or equivalent) and signed entitlements may technically enforce rights.
- Unless an entitlement is unbound, use is typically limited to one server and one Odoo database per licence.
- Publishing, redistributing, sublicensing or selling the module source (or circumventing licence checks) is forbidden except as expressly permitted.
- Modules are provided “AS IS” without warranty to the extent permitted by law.
Third-party and community modules that we recommend or install for you remain subject to their own licences (for example LGPL, AGPL or OPL-1). Odoo® is a trademark of Odoo S.A.; Acustaf is an independent consultancy / partner and is not Odoo S.A.
7. Disclaimer
Websites and portal are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. Professional outcomes depend on signed scopes, your data and cooperation.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Acustaf Consultancy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the public websites. Liability for portal use, consultancy, implementation and licensed software is governed by your contract with the relevant Acustaf entity and applicable licence terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Governing law
For engagements and site use primarily with Acustaf (UK) Ltd, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For engagements and site use primarily with Acustaf Co. Ltd., Thailand, Thai law applies. Courts of the relevant jurisdiction have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the website. Continued use after the updated “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for website use.
